Sarah is a warm, open and compassionate psychologist. She values working collaboratively with clients and aims to create a safe space in therapy to meet the needs of each individual. She works from an attachment-focused and relational framework which recognises that our life experiences, particularly our experience of being with others, often impacts on how we relate to ourselves.

Sarah draws on a range of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Trauma-focused therapies (TFCBT), Dialectical Behaviour therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-based therapy.

She also has experience working in private practice, public hospitals, university and community settings. She provides assessment and treatment for the following presentations: trauma and complex trauma, mood disturbance, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, self-esteem and identity issues, stress and difficulties adjusting to significant life change and transitions.
