Lauren Cheng (she/her)

Lauren is a warm and approachable psychologist who has been working in the disability field for over 10 years. She has extensive experience working with clients of all ages and specializes in assessments. Over the years, she has gained experience working with children in day care centres, private school, psycho-educational service on autism, hospital and diagnostic centres. She strongly believes in providing accurate assessment outcomes for clients to help them better understand their strengths and challenges, and to guide their interventions accordingly. She communicates with families in a respectful and sensitive manner and she is also fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

Lauren completed a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology at Monash University (Melbourne) and is currently endorsed as a board approved psychology supervisor. At the Mind Clinic, Lauren will provide assessments for cognitive skills, academic/achievement abilities, specific learning disabilities, and attention/deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Lauren competes assessments at The Mind Clinic Rozelle on Fridays.
