Adolescence can be a challenging time due to developmental changes, peer pressures and the demands associated with school and studies affecting teenagers’ ability to manage their emotional reactions and interpersonal relationships. Our clinical psychologists are highly qualified to work with teenagers experiencing excessive worry, stress and anxiety, depression and self-harm, as well as, teenagers struggling to adjust to loss and trauma associated with death of a loved one, peer ruptures and/or family breakdown.
